Chrome on Desktop
Step 1 | Click on the icon in the address bar at the top of the page. | ![]() |
Step 2 | Go down to the labels marked 'Camera' and 'Microphone' and make sure they are set to 'Allow'. Reload the page for the changes to take effect. | ![]() |
Firefox on Desktop
Step 1 | Click on the info icon in the address bar at the top of the page. | ![]() |
Step 2 | Go down to Permissions and ensure that 'Use the Microphone' and 'Use the Camera' are set to 'Allowed'. If they're 'Blocked', removed them from Permissions and reload the page. | ![]() |
Safari on Desktop
Step 1 | Go the menu bar and click on 'Safari' > 'Preferences'. | |
Step 2 | Go to 'Websites' and click on 'Camera'. Find 'live.vieple.com' in the list and ensure it's set to 'Allow' | ![]() |
Step 3 | Go to 'Microphone', look for 'live.vieple.com' in the list and ensure it's set to 'Allow'. | ![]() |
Step 4 | Close the Preferences window and reload the page. |
Edge on Desktop
Step 1 | Click on the lock icon in the address bar at the top of the page. | ![]() |
Step 2 | Go down to 'Website permissions' and ensure that the 'Microphone' and 'Webcam' are set to 'On'. Reload the page for the changes to take effect. | ![]() |
